We paid $250 to stay in a room that had loud music above it and we were inconvenienced no matter which way you look at it – either changing rooms or suffering through the noise that did not stop until 2 AM when we were quoted 1 AM. Managers Paul and Nick were of NO help, only offering to move us in the middle of the night to another room – totally unacceptable, as well as offering us a late check out – still not good enough. I called the front desk two times to complain and complained when I checked out the next morning and got NO WHERE. ![]() Above our heads (we were staying on the 12th floor) was a BOOMING club, so loud the bass vibrated the walls and the lyrics were coming through them – and we were never forewarned about this. When we were ready to retire around 11 PM, that is when the trip turned sour. ![]() Never consider staying at the Pechanga for the following reasons: We went there to see a concert which was wonderful, ate at their buffet which is great if you like crab, and bought some things in their nice gift shop.
